About the Role

Al-Watania Poultry (Saudi Arabia) is seeking a Sales Representative to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding market reach, and maintaining strong customer relationships for fresh poultry products.

Key Responsibilities

Implement monthly sales targets effectively.
Identify and develop new sales avenues to expand market presence.
Execute planned sales routes and submit regular reports to the supervisor.
Deliver fresh products to distributors using refrigerated transport.
Ensure the quality of products is maintained throughout the delivery process.
Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Conduct daily supervision of distribution channels.
Maintain consistent communication with customers to address their needs and feedback.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales objectives.
Experience in maintaining product quality during distribution.

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and sustain customer relationships.
Organizational skills for route planning and reporting.
Attention to detail regarding product quality and delivery.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves regular field work, including product delivery and direct interaction with distributors and customers.
