About the Project Coordinator Role at Labayh

Labayh is seeking a dedicated and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role is essential for ensuring the smooth execution of projects by providing comprehensive support to the Project Manager and facilitating efficient operational and administrative workflows. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining alignment with approved project plans and objectives.

Role Overview

The Project Coordinator supports the Project Manager in executing operational and administrative processes, ensuring workflow alignment with approved plans. The scope of work includes coordinating between teams and partners, preparing operational documents, tracking outcomes, and contributing to the execution of events and workshops. Additionally, the Coordinator assists the team with specialized tasks according to project role distribution. Working within a multidisciplinary team, the Coordinator ensures the delivery of high-quality outputs and the efficient and professional achievement of project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate effectively between various teams and external partners.
Prepare and manage operational documentation.
Track project outcomes and progress.
Contribute to the planning and execution of events and workshops.
Assist the project team with specialized tasks as per project role distribution.

Qualifications and Experience

Professional Experience: One year of practical experience in project coordination, initiative management, or organizational development.
Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in Psychology (Organizational Psychology track), Business Administration/Human Resources, or Public Relations, with proven coursework or demonstrated research and applied interest in Organizational Psychology.

Understanding Work Environment Dynamics: Ability to analyze target group behavior within projects and understand their motivations to ensure high levels of interaction and engagement.
Initiative Engineering and Motivation Psychology: Capability to apply organizational psychology theories to create initiatives that enhance loyalty, productivity, and build communication within projects or with partners.
Behavioral Data Analysis: Proficiency in measuring the impact of initiatives from a human and organizational perspective.
Innovative Mindset: Passion for generating "out-of-the-box" ideas aligned with client vision and transforming operational challenges into creative initiatives.
Idea Management and Development: Ability to professionally formulate proposals and effectively communicate their feasibility to senior management.
Familiarity with Scope of Work: Quick and flexible understanding of project nature and strategic objectives, with the ability to link new ideas to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Self-Initiative: Proactive approach to proposing solutions and ideas without constant direction.
