Role Overview

AlRomaih Industrial Commercial Group is seeking a Showroom Sales Representative to join its team in Taif, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is crucial for maintaining high levels of customer service, managing showroom operations, and achieving sales targets.

Position Summary

The Showroom Sales Representative will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through product selection and purchase while ensuring a high standard of service. This role also encompasses operational duties related to showroom maintenance, inventory management, and internal coordination to support sales activities.

Customer Engagement and Sales Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent reception and a high standard of service to customers within the showrooms.
  • Address customer needs, facilitate goods delivery, and offer comprehensive pre- and post-sales customer service.
  • Guide customers from their initial entry into the showroom, introducing them to company products, securing orders, calculating required quantities, and assisting with product and color coordination.
  • Achieve sales targets in line with the established sales plan.
  • Process online customer requests and update the E-commerce platform, considering item requirements and stock levels.
  • Handle all customer complaints professionally and report them to the direct manager.
  • Collaborate with other branches to facilitate the resale of slow-moving items.

Showroom Operations and Inventory Management

  • Coordinate effectively with all showroom personnel, including assistants, workers, and drivers, to ensure accurate invoicing and proper goods delivery.
  • Maintain the showroom's organization and cleanliness at all times.
  • Ensure the availability of all marketing tools, such as brochures and catalogues.
  • Commit to accomplishing management goals and implementing required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain adequate stock levels for all items, particularly fast-moving ones, by adhering to warehouse ordering policies (minimum/maximum levels) and the first-in, first-out (FIFO) principle to prevent dead stock.
  • Report any missing products in the main store to the direct manager.
  • Ensure goods are arranged in warehouses according to policy and procedure guidelines to maintain accurate stock and prevent discrepancies during periodic inventory checks.
  • Submit financial reports to the region accountant as required and ensure daily deposit of sales cash into the company’s account.
  • Provide the direct manager with regular reports on competitors' activities and promotions.
  • Responsible for maintaining overall order within the showroom.
  • Implement all company policies and instructions.
  • Submit periodic reports detailing achievements, problems, and failures to the direct manager.
  • Offer constructive ideas and suggestions to enhance the sales process and value.
  • Execute all job-related activities using safe and environmentally sound methods.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.
