Role Overview

The Cultural Programs Coordinator supports the planning, development, and delivery of various cultural programs and engagement initiatives. This position involves close collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and diverse audiences to effectively coordinate programs, enhance public engagement, and ensure robust communications and outreach strategies are in place.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning, development, and delivery of cultural programs and initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure successful program execution.
• Support public engagement activities and develop initiatives designed to reach diverse audiences.
• Coordinate multi-channel communication, outreach, and promotional activities for cultural programs.
• Collect and analyze feedback and program insights to improve delivery and support decision-making processes.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines.
• Support program-related reporting, documentation, and continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience. A PMP or related project management certification is considered a valuable asset for this position.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Dhahran, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The role requires working within a collaborative environment, engaging with various internal and external stakeholders.
