About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a crew of Roustabouts, delegating tasks effectively to optimize workflow.
• Maintain a safe work environment, ensuring adherence to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Verify that all equipment functions properly, conducting regular checks and addressing issues as they arise.
• Oversee cargo handling operations, ensuring secure and efficient movement of materials.
• Directly contribute to maintenance duties, supporting the upkeep and repair of rig components.
• Manage general labor activities, ensuring tasks are completed according to operational requirements.

Leadership and Operational Contribution

The Roustabout Pusher is expected to demonstrate a hands-on approach, effectively bridging the gap between crew leadership and direct operational execution. This involves not only guiding the team but also actively participating in and overseeing critical rig activities to ensure seamless operations and high standards of work.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for this full-time Roustabout Pusher position should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in rig operations or a similar industrial environment. This experience should include both supervisory responsibilities and direct involvement in operational tasks.
