About the Role

Front End Limited Company is seeking experienced Senior Technicians (National) to join our team in Dhahran, Eastern Region. This full-time role is central to performing and leading skilled maintenance and operations support tasks on onshore production facilities. The Senior Technician ensures the safe and high-quality execution of preventive and corrective maintenance on various mechanical, piping, rotating, and static equipment. As experienced Saudi national tradesmen, Senior Technicians also play a crucial role in leading small work crews and coaching junior Technicians, directly supporting Front End's Saudization commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment, including pumps, valves, exchangers, piping, and vessels, in accordance with work orders and client procedures.
• Lead small crews of Technicians and Skilled Labors in daily task execution, assigning work and verifying quality standards.
• Perform equipment inspections, troubleshooting, and fault diagnosis, recommending appropriate repair methods and necessary spare parts.
• Prepare equipment for maintenance activities, including isolation support, draining, purging, and managing handover/handback procedures with operations teams.
• Comply fully with the Work Permit System, Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), and all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements, conducting pre-task briefings as required.
• Complete maintenance records, checklists, and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) work order feedback, such as SAP, accurately.
• Operate light vehicles for transportation between facilities and work sites when necessary.
• Provide support for shutdown/turnaround activities and respond to emergency call-outs.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for the Senior Technician (National) position should possess a strong background in industrial maintenance and operations. This role requires:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in skilled maintenance and operations support, specifically on onshore production facilities.
• Demonstrated expertise with mechanical, piping, rotating, and static equipment.
• Proven ability to lead small work crews and mentor junior technicians effectively.
• Strong understanding and adherence to safety protocols, including Work Permit Systems and JSAs.
• Proficiency in equipment inspection, troubleshooting, and fault diagnosis.
• Competence in using CMMS platforms for record-keeping and work order management.

This is a full-time position based in Dhahran, within the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. The role supports Front End Limited Company's operations on onshore production facilities.
