Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily mechanical maintenance activities for plant equipment.
• Coordinate shop or field repair work as required.
• Assign tasks to technicians and monitor job progress.
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with site procedures.
• Inspect mechanical systems, diagnose faults, and plan corrective actions for breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
• Support inventory control by tracking consumables and tools.
• Coordinate procurement needs with the relevant team.
• Maintain comprehensive maintenance records.
• Report performance, issues, and work completion status to plant leadership.
• Coordinate effectively with other maintenance disciplines to ensure integrated equipment uptime.

Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in a foreman or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to inspect mechanical systems, diagnose faults, and plan corrective actions.
• Strong coordination skills to manage tasks, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to safety and operational procedures.

This is a full-time position based in Tabuk and Al Ula, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a dynamic environment focused on large-scale civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
