This full-time program is based in the Al Qassim Region of Saudi Arabia and is designed for recent engineering graduates seeking to develop their professional skills within a leading energy solutions provider.

The Talent Program aims to accelerate professional growth and provide hands-on experience in construction management. Participants will gain practical exposure in their field of interest, working in collaboration with the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) on significant projects.

Participants in this program will be integrated into the Construction Management team, focusing on various engineering disciplines. The key learning areas include:

• Electrical Construction Management

Required Qualifications

Candidates for the Construction Engineer Graduate Program should meet the following criteria:

• Engineering graduate from 2023 to 2026.
• Experience level of 0-1 year.
