About the Role

Atmaal is seeking a Tele Sales Representative to join their team in Al Qassim, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves engaging with customers to understand their needs, promote company products and services, and achieve sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with existing and potential customers to understand their requirements.
Promote the company’s products and services effectively.
Achieve monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Follow up on customer requests and complete sales transactions efficiently.
Explain product features and offers, and accurately answer customer inquiries.
Record and update customer data using approved internal systems.
Follow up with customers and sales opportunities until the sale is finalized.
Handle customer requests and provide an excellent overall customer experience.

Required Experience and Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in sales and customer service.
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in communicating with diverse customer segments.
Experience in managing customer data and sales processes.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Al Qassim, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on direct customer interaction and sales achievement within a structured environment.
