Role Overview: Dermatologist

Ritej Recruitment is seeking a Dermatologist for a full-time, on-site position in Medina, Al Madinah. This role involves providing medical care to patients with skin, hair, and nail pathologies, as well as monitoring their treatments. The Dermatologist will conduct clinical consultations, establish diagnoses, and propose appropriate therapeutic plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide medical care for patients presenting with skin, hair, and nail pathologies.
• Monitor patient treatments effectively.
• Conduct clinical consultations and establish accurate diagnoses.
• Propose adapted therapeutic plans, ensuring clear and empathetic communication with patients.
• Perform aesthetic and cosmetic dermatology procedures, such as skin care, scar treatments, and interventions related to skin aging, in compliance with protocols and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in maintaining comprehensive medical records.
• Ensure scientific knowledge is continuously updated.

Qualifications and Experience

• Medical degree with a specialization in Dermatology.
• Eligibility for or possession of authorization to practice in Medina.
• 5-10 years of experience in diagnosing and treating skin diseases.
• Proficiency in managing common dermatological conditions, including acne.
• Experience in Cosmetology and Cosmetic Dermatology, including skin care and non-invasive procedures.

Required Skills

• Strong listening skills and a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Adherence to hygiene and safety protocols.
• Proficiency with IT tools for medical records management.

Work Environment
