About the Role

Nahdi Medical Co. is seeking a dedicated Dermatology Nurse to join its professional team in Medina, Al Madinah Region. This full-time position is central to providing comprehensive nursing care within dermatology clinics, utilizing established nursing processes and adhering to high standards of practice and performance.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care as assigned, strictly following established policies and evidence-based practices.
• Accurately and timely document all relevant patient information.
• Conduct thorough nursing assessments and accurately document patient medical histories.
• Adhere to Medicines Management guidelines for the safe storage and administration of medication.

Operational Support and Environment Management

• Ensure the clinic is prepared for effective use by the physician, managing consumable material stock levels and medical equipment functionality.
• Report equipment failures, safety and security issues, and reductions in supply inventory to the nurse supervisor promptly.
• Promote a safe environment and foster safe patient care by actively embracing a safety culture.

Professional Conduct and Collaboration

• Comply with all organizational policies, procedures, clinical protocols, standards, and guidelines based on legislation and evidence-based nursing practice.
• Act as an advocate for patients and their families.
• Collaborate effectively with other professionals within the multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless continuity of care.
• Comply with all policies related to personal and patient safety, including those for the prevention of healthcare-associated infections.
• Contribute to the achievement of clinical quality outcome indicators and enhance patient satisfaction.

Continuous Improvement and Resource Awareness

• Participate in continuous self-education, training, and professional development as applicable to the role.
• Contribute to achieving cost efficiency savings within the unit.
• Maintain awareness of resource utilization, exercising care in the ordering and use of staff, equipment, and materials.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this full-time Dermatology Nurse position are required to have 2-5 years of relevant nursing experience. This role demands a commitment to professional nursing standards and patient-centered care within a clinical environment.
