Lab Technician

About the Role

Nestlé Saudi Arabia is seeking a Lab Technician to join their team in Medina. This full-time position is crucial for maintaining quality standards across the production process, from raw materials to finished goods.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to conduct all necessary chemical, microbiological, and physical analyses in accordance with the Quality Management System (QMS) specifications. This ensures the integrity and quality of products at every stage of manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all required chemical, microbiological, and physical analyses on incoming raw materials, including raw water, plastic resin colorant, and other sensitive materials, as per QMS specifications.
• Ensure the consistent implementation of the QMS plan.
• Support the Quality Head by providing all necessary data for product release procedures.
• Conduct training for operators and other technicians on simple analyses and tests relevant to their work areas, as needed.
• Manage all associated paperwork, including reports.
• Prepare check receiving reports accurately according to specifications.
• Report any abnormalities through quality deviation notifications and implement immediate corrective actions.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Medina, Saudi Arabia, within a manufacturing environment focused on upholding stringent quality standards.
