About the Role

Rua Al Madinah Holding is seeking a Senior Specialist SAP HCM to join their team in Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading strategic HR and Payroll transformation initiatives, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

Role Purpose

The Senior Specialist SAP HCM will be responsible for architecting integrated hire-to-retire and pay-to-report processes. This involves leveraging deep functional knowledge of cloud-based core HR and complex payroll solutions to design and implement systems that optimize the employee experience, ensure payroll accuracy, and maintain compliance across various landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis, process design, and requirements management.
• Perform SAP SuccessFactors EC & ECP configuration and implementation.
• Manage integrations, data management, and ensure compliance.
• Develop documentation, establish governance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of policies, systems, processes, procedures, standards, and reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required.
• Demonstrated expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Proficiency in formal business process modeling (BPMN) and structured requirements analysis.

This position is based in Medina, Saudi Arabia.
