About the Role

Marafiq is seeking a Sr. Consultant SAP (Functional HR) to join its team in Al Jubail, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves effectively communicating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions, specifically within the SAP HR functional area.

Key Responsibilities

Design end-to-end solution architectures that meet business, functional, technical, security, and integration requirements, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
Lead solution design activities across multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, maintaining consistency with enterprise architecture standards.
Collaborate with IT Planning, Project Managers, and business stakeholders during project evaluation and initiation to define solution scope, architecture, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and resource requirements.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into comprehensive solution designs aligned with enterprise architecture principles, SAP roadmaps, industry best practices, and digital transformation strategies.
Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, including solution design, architecture reviews, implementation guidance, testing strategy, and user acceptance support.
Ensure all solution implementations adhere to established project management and delivery methodologies (*, ASAP, PMI, Agile) and comply with enterprise governance requirements.
Support operational excellence by providing architectural guidance for incident management, problem management, change management, system enhancements, knowledge transfer, and technical documentation.
Continuously enhance expertise in enterprise applications, cloud technologies, integration platforms, cybersecurity, and emerging technology trends to improve solution effectiveness.
Engage with SAP, technology vendors, system integrators, and external partners to evaluate technologies, resolve complex issues, and identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.
Ensure all architectural deliverables are completed on time, meet quality standards, align with business objectives, and achieve stakeholder satisfaction.
Mentor technical teams, solution analysts, and key business users on solution capabilities, architecture principles, and best practices to promote self-sufficiency and knowledge sharing.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and technology optimization, recommending innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, reliability, and business value.
Ensure all solution designs comply with enterprise architecture standards, cybersecurity requirements, data governance policies, and relevant safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
Establish and maintain architecture documentation, including solution blueprints, integration designs, data flows, application landscapes, and technology roadmaps.
Evaluate the impact of proposed changes across applications, integrations, infrastructure, and business processes to ensure optimal enterprise-wide solutions and minimize risks.
Promote reuse of enterprise platforms, services, APIs, and architectural patterns to reduce complexity, technical debt, and implementation costs.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in SAP functional HR roles.

This is a full-time position based in Al Jubail, Eastern Region. The role requires collaboration with diverse teams including business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and senior management.
