SAP SuccessFactors EC & ECP Expert

About the Role

Delta System & Software is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Expert with extensive hands-on experience in Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP). This contract position is based in Dammam, Eastern region, and requires a professional capable of independently managing complex SuccessFactors implementations and support activities. The role demands deep configuration expertise across both EC and ECP modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex SuccessFactors implementations and support activities for EC and ECP.
• Configure EC Foundation Objects, Employee Data, Job Information, Position Management, Workflows, and Business Rules.
• Configure ECP payroll, including schemas, PCRs, wage types, and payroll processing.
• Manage EC–ECP integration, data replication, and payroll-related interfaces.
• Conduct requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, cutover, Go-Live, and production support.
• Troubleshoot complex EC/ECP issues and provide root-cause analysis.
• Work directly with business stakeholders and lead functional discussions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 10-14 years of overall SAP/SAP HCM experience with strong SuccessFactors expertise.
• Extensive hands-on configuration experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
• Strong hands-on configuration experience in Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Proficiency in Role-Based Permissions (RBP), MDF objects, and associations.
• Experience with multi-country payroll, including KSA and UAE payroll, with PCR schema expertise.
• Familiarity with SAP Integration Suite/CPI, Integration Center, APIs, and OData is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Time-Off configuration is preferred.
