Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity.
- Accompany visitors during tours and experiences, providing insights and answering questions.
- Ensure guests’ safety, comfort, and satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Coordinate with tour guides, transportation providers, and other service staff to manage schedules.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and minor complaints effectively and professionally.
- Assist in organizing events, workshops, or cultural showcases.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in reception or hosting areas.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or higher; background in tourism, hospitality, or languages is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English, Arabic, and other languages.
- A valid passport.
- Full-time commitment.
