About Four Seasons Hotels and the Red Sea Resort

This role is for the new Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea, located on Shura Island, Saudi Arabia, serving the Umluj and Al Wajh areas. The Red Sea destination is being developed as a luxury beachside resort with a strong focus on sustainable practices and tourism. The resort will feature approximately 149 rooms and suites, six restaurant and lounge outlets, meeting and events spaces, a marine discovery centre, Kids for All Seasons space, a full-service spa, tennis courts, three outdoor pools, and two separate beaches.

The Role: Assistant Front Desk Manager

Four Seasons Hotels (KSA) is seeking an Assistant Front Desk Manager for its new luxury resort in the Red Sea region. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The Assistant Front Desk Manager supports the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring high service standards for guest arrivals and departures, contributing to a seamless guest journey within a luxury resort environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise the Front Desk team to ensure smooth and efficient guest check-in and check-out procedures.
Support the Front Office Manager in managing daily operations, scheduling, team development, and service standards.
Resolve guest concerns and requests promptly with genuine care and effective service recovery.
Ensure all guest preferences and special requests are accurately recorded and communicated across departments.
Oversee training and mentoring of Guest Services Agents and support team members in daily duties.
Assist in the development of front desk procedures and systems in preparation for the resort opening.
Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Concierge, Guest Experience, and other departments to ensure a flawless guest journey.
Handle VIP arrivals and special occasions with personalized attention and elevated service.
Monitor guest satisfaction scores and contribute to strategies for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Experience in a supervisory or leadership role at the Front Desk in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
A hands-on, guest-focused approach.
Pre-opening experience is an advantage.
A proactive and adaptable attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Excellent attention to detail and guest service standards.
