About the Opportunity

Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Carpenter to join the pre-opening team at the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea. This full-time position is based in Umluj and Al Wajh, Saudi Arabia, and involves contributing to a pioneering luxury destination on Saudi Arabia’s west coast.

Role Overview

The Carpenter will be responsible for executing high-quality carpentry work across the property. This role ensures that all woodwork, furnishings, fixtures, and decorative elements consistently meet Four Seasons' established standards of quality and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on woodwork in guest rooms, public areas, offices, and back-of-house spaces.
• Construct, repair, and refurbish furniture, doors, windows, cabinetry, and decorative wood features.
• Assist with the installation and adjustment of fixtures, paneling, and signage throughout the property.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, ensuring all tools are in good condition.
• Collaborate with the Engineering, Housekeeping, and other departments to address repair requests and support project needs.
• Maintain accurate records of all completed work and materials utilized.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and consistently wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Support sustainability initiatives by actively minimizing waste and recycling materials where feasible.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in carpentry or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to perform high-quality carpentry work.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and the use of personal protective equipment.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position requiring rotating shifts, which will include weekends and holidays.
