The Role of Human Resources Business Partner

Jetex is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner for a full-time position in Tabuk, with operations covering Umluj and Tabuk. This role involves providing hands-on HR support across the full employee lifecycle, working closely with operational leaders and employees. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, operational environment and capable of balancing employee relations, HR operations, compliance, and business partnering responsibilities. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with operational leaders on daily HR matters and workforce requirements.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary matters, grievances, and general HR queries.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, transfers, promotions, and employee exits.
  • Coordinate with Talent Acquisition and HR Operations to support manpower requirements.
  • Support workforce planning, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures across operations.
  • Support probation reviews and performance management processes.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for employees and managers, promoting strong employee engagement.
  • Support HR administration related to QIWA, GOSI, employment contracts, and employee documentation.
  • Assist with the mobilization and onboarding of new joiners.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, headcount tracking, and HR reports.
  • Ensure HR practices align with Saudi Labour Law and internal company policies.

Required Experience

  • A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a relevant HR role.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, operational environment.
  • Proven capability to manage multiple HR functions including employee relations, HR operations, compliance, and business partnering.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, with responsibilities extending to Umluj. The salary for this role will be disclosed during the recruitment process.
