Alkhorayef Energy System is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves providing strategic and operational HR support to the business.

Role Overview

The HR Business Partner will be responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The role requires a professional with 5-10 years of relevant experience, focusing on HR strategy and employee relations within the Saudi Arabian context.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with management to align HR initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Support workforce planning, recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and talent management programs.
• Manage employee relations and provide guidance on HR policies and Saudi Labor Law.
• Support performance management, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
• Analyze HR data and provide informed recommendations to management.
• Lead organizational development and change-management initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• More than 8 years of relevant HR experience, including solid experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
• Professional HR certification such as SHRM or CIPD is preferred.

Required Skills

• Excellent stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
