Role Overview

The Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Bishah, 'Asir, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of the clinic branch. The Branch Manager ensures efficient patient flow, manages staff, and maintains service quality, coordinating with senior management on operational goals and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily operations and performance of the clinic branch.
• Managing staff schedules and supervising front-desk and clinical support teams.
• Ensuring efficient patient flow throughout the day.
• Monitoring service quality and implementing company policies.
• Coordinating with senior management on operational goals, budget adherence, and promotional activities.
• Handling patient inquiries and escalations.
• Maintaining facility standards and reviewing operational reports.
• Supporting local marketing initiatives and community outreach.
• Focusing on team development, performance feedback, and fostering a professional, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in a similar managerial role.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage daily operations and staff.
• Strong understanding of service quality and policy implementation.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bishah. The role requires active presence at the clinic to manage daily operations and interact with staff and patients directly.
