Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across two spa branches.
• Lead and motivate the spa team to achieve performance targets.
• Deliver a high standard of client experience.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow sales and retain clients.
• Handle client complaints effectively and maintain service standards.
• Oversee staff scheduling, inventory management, and performance monitoring.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of previous management experience in a spa, salon, or beauty business.
• Proven ability to manage daily operations, staff schedules, and inventory.
• Demonstrated success in growing sales and client retention.
• Experience in motivating and managing a team.
