About the Role

Lumi is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join its team in Sharma, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, specifically within the Neom area. This full-time role focuses on delivering excellent customer service throughout the car rental process, ensuring a smooth experience for all clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of car rental reservations, including bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
• Clearly explain rental policies, pricing structures, contract terms, and available insurance options to customers.
• Professionally handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
• Process payments accurately and prepare invoices for services rendered.
• Coordinate vehicle delivery and provide assistance to customers in cases of breakdowns or accidents.
• Promote and inform customers about available offers and additional services.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 0-1 year of relevant experience.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Neom, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. The role requires on-site presence to provide direct customer support.
