About SLS The Red Sea and the Role

SLS The Red Sea, part of Ennismore’s globally recognized lifestyle portfolio, operates as a luxury hospitality destination located on the Red Sea coast in Umluj, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. The resort features 150 impeccably designed keys, five dynamic Food & Beverage venues, and a luxurious spa sanctuary. As a Doorman, you will be a key member of the team, responsible for creating the initial and final impressions for guests arriving at and departing from the resort.

Role Overview

The Doorman role is central to the guest experience, serving as one of the first points of contact. This full-time position involves providing a warm welcome, assisting with arrivals and departures, and ensuring a smooth flow of guests and vehicles at the hotel entrance. The individual in this role contributes significantly to the overall guest journey at SLS The Red Sea by maintaining a confident presence and genuine hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
• Open and close vehicle doors while ensuring a seamless and attentive arrival experience.
• Assist guests with luggage when required and coordinate closely with the Bell team.
• Work closely with Valet, Bell, Concierge, and Front Office teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
• Assist guests with taxis and transportation arrangements when required.
• Support the safe and efficient flow of vehicles and guests at the hotel entrance.
• Provide guests with accurate general information about the hotel, its facilities, and services.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer assistance proactively throughout the arrival and departure experience.
• Maintain the entrance area in a clean, organized, and welcoming condition.
• Maintain a polished, professional, and welcoming appearance in line with SLS grooming and service standards.
• Follow hotel safety, security, and operational procedures at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills with a naturally welcoming attitude.
• Basic English communication skills are required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain composed under pressure.
• Physically fit and able to assist guests with luggage when required.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays based on operational requirements.
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented with a strong commitment to guest service.
• Previous experience within a luxury or lifestyle hospitality environment is an advantage.

Work Environment and Schedule

This is a full-time position within a luxury hospitality setting in Umluj, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. The role requires adaptability to operational demands, including working various shifts, weekends, and holidays. The Doorman will operate as part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering high standards of guest service.
