Role Summary

As a Mixologist in Tabuk, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of beverage service areas within the hotel. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of experience in a similar capacity. You will contribute to ensuring guests are satisfied with the quality, creativity, and variety of beverage offerings, while influencing guest satisfaction through professional, friendly, courteous, efficient, and timely service.

Key Responsibilities

• Uphold Red Sea Global Hospitality standards for beverage quality, presentation, and sanitation.
• Demonstrate national hospitality and professionalism when serving guests.
• Maintain high standards of service, quality, appearance, and cleanliness in personal conduct and assigned work areas.
• Adhere to Beverage Department Standard Operating Procedures and suggest enhancements.
• Arrange the beverage station during opening, ensuring proper setup of ice, glassware, juices, and garnishes.
• Manage drink orders in the correct sequence, verify accurate quantities, and handle billing promptly.
• Prepare all mocktails according to beverage guidelines and standard measures.
• Manage security in the work area and do not leave the beverage station unattended unless properly relieved.
• Assist with cleanup tasks, including mopping floors, removing cans and bottles, general cleaning of rails and counters, and removing melting ice from bins.
• Perform additional duties as required for operational smoothness.

Required Experience and Skills

• 2-5 years of experience as a Mixologist or in a similar beverage service role.
• Ability to administer day-to-day beverage service operations effectively.
• Demonstrated professionalism, friendliness, courtesy, efficiency, and timeliness in service.
• Artistic and creative approach to developing original beverage offerings.
• Knowledge of local ingredients and traditions for beverage creation.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage quality, presentation, and sanitation standards.
• Proficiency in managing drink orders, billing, and station setup.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Tabuk. The role involves working within the Food & Beverage Department, collaborating with colleagues to deliver high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
