About the Role

Eram Talent is seeking a Program Coordinator to join our team in Makkah, with work locations including Thuwal and Makkah. This full-time role involves overseeing program activities, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring the effective delivery of training and educational programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, with mandatory fluency in both Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and administer all aspects of ongoing programs, including planning, organizing, and execution.
Develop and manage program schedules, ensuring activities are completed within established timelines.
Coordinate the delivery of training courses and programs to customers and participants.
Liaise with clients, team members, and stakeholders in both Arabic and English to achieve program objectives.
Monitor program performance, track progress, and prepare regular reports.
Assist in preparing and managing program budgets and financial reports.
Communicate program-related updates, concerns, and challenges to the relevant management team.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Provide Arabic-English translation and interpretation support when required.
Identify opportunities to improve program efficiency, coordination, and service quality.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Proven experience in program coordination, project management, or a related field.
Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with activities spanning Thuwal and Makkah. The role requires interaction with various internal and external stakeholders.
