About the Role

SME Careers, a subsidiary of SuperAnnotate, is seeking an Arabic Language Expert to join their team. This is a fully remote, hourly paid contract role with flexible hours, operating from anywhere, including Jazan. The position involves reviewing and generating high-quality bilingual content to enhance AI model performance.

Role Overview

The Arabic Language Expert will contribute to improving premier AI models by evaluating AI-generated Arabic and English responses and creating training content. This role focuses on assessing reasoning quality, step-by-step problem-solving, and providing expert feedback to ensure accurate, logical, and clearly explained AI outputs. While there is no immediate project, qualified candidates will be contacted for relevant opportunities as they arise and gain access to future projects within the expert network.

Key Responsibilities

Review AI-generated Arabic and English responses for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to prompts.
Identify errors in methodology or conceptual understanding within AI solutions.
Fact-check information provided by AI models.
Write high-quality explanations and model solutions demonstrating correct methods.
Rate and compare multiple AI responses based on correctness and reasoning quality.
Develop AI training content by creating detailed prompts and responses across various topics to guide AI learning.
Optimize AI performance by evaluating and ranking responses to enhance accuracy, fluency, and contextual relevance.
Ensure model integrity by testing AI models for potential inaccuracies or biases and validating reliability across use cases.

Qualifications and Requirements

2-5 years of relevant experience.
Minimum C1 English proficiency is required for developing AI training content, optimizing AI performance, and ensuring model integrity.
Ability to provide expert feedback to help AI models produce accurate, logical, and clearly explained answers.

Work Environment

This is a fully remote contractor position with flexible work-from-anywhere hours. The role is hourly paid and supports a fast-growing AI Data Services company that provides training data for leading AI companies and foundation model labs.
