About the Role: Purchasing Representative

Alfanar Projects is seeking a Purchasing Representative to join the team in Jazan. This full-time role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on supporting procurement operations and ensuring effective collaboration within the team.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure work is achieved effectively.
Maintain effective communication with peers and managers, demonstrating openness to directions and feedback.
Execute planned activities to meet operational and development targets according to delivery schedules.
Utilize resources efficiently to achieve objectives within specified cost and time parameters.
Resolve any related issues that arise and escalate complex operational problems as needed.
Adhere to quality requirements and specifications for products, processes, or related activities.
Execute assigned tasks in accordance with defined policies and procedures.
Comply with relevant procedures and work instructions.
Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations.
