About the Role

Hilton is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join its team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting the daily operations of a hotel dining outlet, focusing on guest experience and operational efficiency. The position is based in Makkah, with potential opportunities in Jeddah.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily outlet operations, including guest service standards, product quality, inventory management, and cost controls.
Assist with profitability, marketing initiatives, budgeting, and the enforcement of company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to monitor service and product quality, address guest feedback, and resolve issues.
Supervise and support team members, providing coaching and assisting with performance evaluations and professional development.
Support revenue generation through the implementation of marketing strategies, up-selling techniques, and promotions.
Assist in the recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and training of new team members to maintain service standards.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to uphold guest and team member wellbeing.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in restaurant management or a similar hospitality role. The role requires individuals who demonstrate a commitment to hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, and ownership in their daily work.
