About the Role

Hilton is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join its team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting the daily operations of a hotel dining outlet, focusing on guest experience and operational efficiency. The position is based in Makkah, with potential opportunities in Jeddah.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations, including guest service standards, product quality, inventory management, and cost controls.
• Assist with profitability, marketing initiatives, budgeting, and the enforcement of company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to monitor service and product quality, address guest feedback, and resolve issues.
• Supervise and support team members, providing coaching and assisting with performance evaluations and professional development.
• Support revenue generation through the implementation of marketing strategies, up-selling techniques, and promotions.
• Assist in the recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and training of new team members to maintain service standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to uphold guest and team member wellbeing.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in restaurant management or a similar hospitality role. The role requires individuals who demonstrate a commitment to hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, and ownership in their daily work.
