Club Receptionist

About the Role

Delta Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Club Receptionist to join its team in Jeddah. This full-time position involves maintaining the cleanliness and operational readiness of the fitness and recreation areas, ensuring guest satisfaction, and supporting facility safety protocols. The role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean fitness center machines, remove towels, trash, and debris from the fitness area.
• Maintain adequate supplies of cups and water in the recreation area.
• Clean fitness and recreation area restrooms and showers.
• Obtain, fold, and stack towels according to company procedures; distribute lockers and towels to guests.
• Conduct inventory of supplies, materials, and equipment, reporting low stock to the supervisor/manager.
• Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities and activities.
• Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere while enforcing facility rules and regulations for guest safety.
• Provide assistance to injured guests until emergency medical services arrive.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management; complete safety training and certifications.
• Follow company policies and procedures, maintain a professional appearance, ensure confidentiality, and protect company assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests.
• Communicate professionally, answer telephones appropriately, and develop positive working relationships with colleagues.
• Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.

Physical Requirements

• Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines to identify defects.
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or an entire work shift.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
