About the Tamheer Internship

Bupa Arabia is offering a Tamheer internship position within its Collection & Recovery department in Jeddah. This role is designed for individuals seeking to gain practical experience in managing client communications and ensuring timely premium collection, while adhering to company policies and enhancing customer experience.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this internship is to support the Collection & Recovery department by actively engaging with debtors, facilitating premium payments, and maintaining high standards of customer interaction. The intern will contribute to operational efficiency and compliance within the collection process.

Key Responsibilities

• Review debtor reports to initiate and arrange communication with clients.
• Respond to client email replies with appropriate follow-up calls.
• Contact Relationship Managers (RM) to obtain alternative contact information for unresponsive clients.
• Secure and accurately record Commitment to Pay (CTP) dates within the Collect Smart system.
• Escalate all hardship cases to the line manager for necessary support and resolution.
• Verify and ensure that payments are allocated correctly.
• Coordinate with the credit control team for flagging procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align membership data and premium calculations, supporting timely premium acquisition.

Compliance and Professional Standards

The intern will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with the credit control policy and consistently adhering to Bupa Values, policies, and procedures. This includes observing established rules of engagement with brokers and clients as per agreed protocols, and meeting the Quality Index protocol to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
• Suitable for students or interns with 0-1 years of experience.
• Saudi nationality is required.
• Must reside in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
