About the Role

Marriott Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Marketing Coordinator (Saudi only) to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on promoting brand awareness and maximizing revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote brand image awareness both internally and externally.
• Utilize sales techniques to maximize revenue while preserving existing guest loyalty.
• Identify opportunities to up-sell and offer enhancements to improve the Marriott experience or event.
• Encourage guests or callers to purchase or schedule preview package sales/tours.
• Provide details and requirements for attending sales presentations to potential owners.
• Verify eligibility for preview package sales/tours before scheduling tours for Marriott vacation club properties.
• Determine and offer complimentary gifts to guests as a token of appreciation for their patronage (*, rewards points, show tickets).
• Answer guest inquiries regarding property facilities and services.
• Accurately receive, record, and relay messages.

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate service needs, and express genuine appreciation.
• Communicate professionally, prepare and review written documents accurately, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships, support team goals, and respond appropriately to employee concerns.
• Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
• Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance; stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Execute other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

• Saudi national.
