About the Role

Role Purpose

The Commercial Coordinator supports the commercial team by managing essential administrative tasks and coordinating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. This position ensures the smooth execution of activities related to sales, procurement, and contracts, playing a key part in the overall commercial success and operational flow of the department.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate commercial activities, meetings, and project timelines.
Assist in the preparation of proposals and commercial agreements.
Monitor order processing, pricing updates, and contract compliance.
Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for review.
Maintain accurate records of contracts, pricing, and sales data.
Generate reports, dashboards, and performance analyses to support decision-making.
Prepare, review, and maintain contracts and other legal documents.
Ensure compliance with company policies and commercial terms across all operations.
Support automation and standardization initiatives to improve efficiency.
Handle scheduling, correspondence, and document control for the commercial team.
