Position Overview

Taj HR is recruiting for a Sales & Product Coordinator on behalf of a leading food manufacturing company specializing in spices and seasonings. This full-time, office-based role is situated in Jeddah and serves as a critical link in ensuring seamless commercial operations between various stakeholders.

Role Purpose

The primary objective of this position is to optimize product positioning, refine pricing strategies, and ensure full market compliance. The role demands a dynamic and analytical individual capable of monitoring market trends and evaluating product performance to drive profitability and operational efficiency within the food manufacturing sector.

Core Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact between field sales representatives, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth commercial operations.
• Monitor product availability in the market, oversee how products are displayed on shelves, and ensure merchandising standards are met via sales reports.
• Analyze market pricing trends, evaluate product performance, and generate regular sales reports to optimize profitability.
• Oversee the execution of trade promotions, discounts, and campaigns, evaluating their impact on sales volume.
• Maintain accurate databases, track supplier orders, and ensure customer inquiries or issues are resolved efficiently.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a sales or product coordination capacity. A strong analytical mindset is essential for monitoring market dynamics, evaluating product performance, and contributing to strategic pricing decisions.

Location and Eligibility

This position is based in Jeddah. Applicants must either currently reside in Jeddah or be fully prepared to relocate immediately upon accepting the offer. The role is entirely office-based, requiring daily presence at the company's facilities.
