About the Role

OSAS Medical is seeking a Cosmetic Dermatologist to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on providing comprehensive dermatological consultations and managing skin conditions with an emphasis on cosmetic and aesthetic treatments. The role involves working directly with patients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cosmetic and aesthetic procedures, including chemical peels, laser treatments, and injectable therapies.
• Address patient concerns such as acne, scars, pigmentation, and skin rejuvenation through evidence-based interventions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
• Provide counseling to patients on skincare practices and preventive measures.
• Ensure the delivery of safe and high-quality care in accordance with current medical standards.
• Collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative teams.
• Maintain accurate and thorough medical records.
• Adhere to all regulatory and infection-control guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and clinical quality improvement initiatives.

Compensation Model

Compensation for this role is based on a production-based percentage model, directly linking income to clinical expertise and work performance.
