The Role

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in creating a positive first impression for all individuals interacting with Baraya Extended Care. Your responsibilities will encompass managing front desk operations, efficiently handling inquiries, coordinating appointments, and supporting the smooth daily flow of hospital operations, all while upholding excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer and accurately direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
• Register patients, verify necessary information, and coordinate appointments as required.
• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the front desk and reception area to ensure a professional appearance.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate departments and provide general hospital information.
• Coordinate effectively with clinical and administrative departments to ensure seamless patient flow.
• Perform basic administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
• Adhere strictly to hospital policies regarding confidentiality, patient privacy, and customer service.
• Report any issues, complaints, or unusual incidents to the relevant department for resolution.
