The Role of Dimensional Engineer

TRIGO is seeking a Dimensional Engineer to join its team in Makkah, specifically covering Jeddah and Makkah cities. This full-time role involves taking ownership of dimensional analysis for assigned commodities or shops and coordinating the resolution of dimensional issues. The position requires 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Review GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), datum strategy, measurement points, tolerances, build conditions, fixtures, gauges, and dimensional results.
• Analyze variation and identify contributors from product, process, tooling, fixture, measurement, or assembly.
• Lead dimensional problem-solving reviews and manage action plans through to closure.
• Create dashboards and reports to communicate dimensional status, trends, risks, and priorities effectively.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree (BAC +5) is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Required experience includes automotive BIW (Body-in-White), closures, stamping, or general vehicle dimensional experience.
• Premium OEM launch experience is preferred.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in the Makkah region, with work primarily conducted in Jeddah and Makkah cities.
