About the Opportunity

Aroma City Group, a prominent large conglomerate, is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its finance team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position designed for a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional looking to contribute to a dynamic financial environment.

Role Purpose and Context

Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, the Financial Analyst will play a critical part in driving financial evaluation, strategic planning, and providing essential business insights across the organization. This role supports key decision-making processes and contributes to the overall financial health of the group.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports, highlighting key variances, trends, and business risks.
• Collaborate with division leaders to develop annual operational budgets and rolling financial forecasts across various business units.
• Build, automate, and maintain interactive performance dashboards using Power BI to provide actionable business insights to executive management.
• Conduct complex financial modeling, scenario planning, and Sensitivity Analysis using Advanced Excel to support strategic decision-making.
• Evaluate new business initiatives, capital investments, and potential expansion opportunities using NPV, IRR, and payback calculations.
• Monitor organizational cash flow, analyze cost structures, and pinpoint efficiency improvements across group entities.
• Support the Head of Finance in ad-hoc financial projects, management reporting, and strategic presentations for board-level review.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• 0-1 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or a related field.
• Demonstrated strong analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced functions within Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with data visualization tools, particularly Power BI, is essential.
• Understanding of financial metrics and valuation techniques such as NPV, IRR, and payback period.

Reporting and Location

This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and reports directly to the Head of Finance. The role involves collaboration with various departmental leaders across the conglomerate.
