About the Guest Experience Expert Role

Delta Hotels and Resorts® is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join our team. This full-time position is available in Makkah and Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and is open to candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The role focuses on delivering a distinctive and memorable experience for guests throughout their stay.

Role Purpose and Approach

The Guest Experience Expert is responsible for providing a wide range of services that guide guests from arrival to departure. This role emphasizes taking initiative to ensure a unique stay, moving beyond routine check-in and check-out processes. Experts are empowered to manage their space and execute tasks as needed to enhance the guest journey.

Primary Responsibilities

Process operational requirements effectively.
Address and resolve guest requests promptly.
Complete necessary reports accurately.
Share information about local attractions and highlights with guests.
Ensure that all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.

Experience and Qualifications
