Mayar Foods Company is seeking a dedicated and experienced HORECA Regional Manager - Catering & Institutions to join our team in Jeddah. This full-time role is central to our field sales operations, focusing on the catering and institutions sector within the HORECA channel.

Role Overview

The HORECA Regional Manager is responsible for driving sales and achieving collection targets within the assigned region. This involves applying proven sales knowledge and techniques, alongside managing robust customer relationships. A key aspect of this role is ensuring outstanding customer service and efficient resolution of any issues to maintain strong client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily route plans with the sales team to conduct customer visits effectively.
• Collaborate with the sales team to discuss order requirements, facilitate order release, and monitor stock availability in warehouses.
• Provide the Horeca Channel Manager with timely insights on competitors’ promotions, pricing strategies, and prevailing sales trends.
• Implement sales promotions accurately and effectively according to directives.
• Follow up on customer orders with the Sales Coordinator and resolve any related queries.
• Prepare and submit daily status reports to the Channel Manager.
• Manage customer interactions professionally, addressing inquiries and concerns efficiently.
• Coordinate closely with the logistics team to ensure the timely delivery of customer orders.
• Handle customer complaints regarding returned goods by gathering necessary information and forwarding it to the logistics team for appropriate action.
• Monitor and support the sales team in achieving collection targets.
• Escalate any overdue accounts or collection issues to the Channel Manager.
• Compile and share comprehensive collection status reports.
• Follow up on cash and check collections with the cashier, ensuring all supporting documentation is provided for accurate accounting.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant sales or regional management role, preferably within the HORECA sector, specifically catering and institutions.
• Demonstrated ability to apply sales knowledge and techniques to achieve targets.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Strong field sales and customer relationship management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for professional customer interaction.
• Proficiency in sales reporting and analysis.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams such as logistics and sales support.
• Proactive approach to issue resolution and target achievement.
• Attention to detail in financial follow-ups and documentation.
