About the Role

Bee Home is seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist to lead end-to-end influencer campaigns across multiple brands and channels. This full-time role, based in Makkah and Jeddah, requires managing creator and agency relationships, developing compelling briefs, tracking emerging user-generated content (UGC) trends, and translating campaign data into actionable business insights. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and an established influencer network.

Key Responsibilities

Design, scale, and manage the operational lifecycles of multiple influencer campaigns, ensuring adherence to project timelines, milestones, and asset deliverables.
Leverage and expand an active network of direct relationships with influencers, creators, and agencies to accelerate sourcing, secure pricing, and drive scale across brands.
Develop creative briefs that enable influencers to produce authentic, high-performing content aligned with business objectives.
Identify emerging virality mechanisms, trending audio formats, consumer behaviors, and algorithmic shifts to optimize UGC strategies for natural brand discovery.
Develop clear reporting systems to track influencer campaigns and provide actionable recommendations.
Utilize platforms such as TikTok Creator Marketplace for influencer discovery and management.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of direct experience executing influencer marketing campaigns, preferably in a fast-paced agency or brand environment; experience in F&B is a plus.
Demonstrated experience in PR and influencer management.
Active relationships and networks with key influencers, both directly and through agencies and platforms like TikTok Creator Marketplace.
Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage simultaneous workflows.
Solid analytical foundation with capability in data collection, creating clear reporting dashboards, and extracting business insights.
Proficiency in MS Office and relevant marketing tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
