L Sales Consultant ( Retail Sales)

About the Role

United Motors Group is seeking an L3 Sales Consultant for new car retail sales in Jeddah. This full-time position involves engaging with showroom visitors, presenting vehicle features, and guiding customers through the sales and financing processes. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and maintain monthly and annual sales targets for new vehicles.
• Greet potential customers in the showroom, adhering to company policies for presentation, workspace cleanliness, and timekeeping.
• Maintain a professional image of the company and its products.
• Utilize the Sales Kit to ensure adherence to presentation and process standards during sales interactions.
• Determine customer needs and requirements for specific vehicles.
• Recommend suitable vehicles, emphasizing their benefits to the customer.
• Maintain confidentiality in all business aspects as outlined in company policies.
• Exhibit a friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic attitude throughout the sales process.

Sales Process Management

• Verify vehicle availability using the internal system.
• Ensure a comprehensive understanding of various financing packages, calculations, and documentation requirements.
• Assist customers in selecting the most appropriate financing options.
• Follow up on customer financing approvals.
• Initiate orders in accordance with approved sales guidelines.
• Utilize the approved Customer Communication Schedule for post-sale tracking.

Post-Sale Activities

• Implement the approved vehicle scheduling and delivery process.
• Contact customers three days after vehicle delivery to confirm satisfaction, remind them of their first service visit, and inform them about potential survey calls.
• Request referrals for potential new customers.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the automotive retail sector.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, customer service, and financing options.
