The Role of Showroom Sales Officer

Syarah is seeking a Showroom Sales Officer to contribute to its growth objectives within the auto sector in Riyadh. This full-time role involves implementing sales goals and executing directives from direct management. The Showroom Sales Officer is responsible for guiding customers through the car buying process and ensuring sales procedures are completed accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers and provide guidance throughout the vehicle purchase process.
• Clearly explain the features and specifications of available vehicles.
• Outline the necessary steps for completing a car purchase.
• Address customer inquiries regarding vehicles and purchase procedures.
• Accompany customers for vehicle inspections and test drives.
• Collect and process required documentation between the customer, showroom, and finance company.
• Negotiate car prices and trade-in values for customer vehicles.
• Coordinate with management and vehicle owners to finalize sales procedures.
• Negotiate purchase prices with suppliers to optimize company profits.
• Follow up with previous customers to confirm satisfaction and address any concerns.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant sales role.
• Demonstrated ambition and a competitive approach to sales.
• A growth-oriented mindset.
