Role Overview

Gravitas Recruitment Group (Global) is seeking a Lead Salesforce Functional Consultant to join a well-established Salesforce consulting partner. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and involves leading the functional aspects of a significant Salesforce transformation for an enterprise client. The role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

About the Opportunity

This is a hands-on leadership role where the consultant will serve as the primary functional contact for client stakeholders. The Lead Salesforce Functional Consultant will guide a diverse team comprising architects, developers, designers, and project managers, focusing on the business side of Salesforce implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their existing processes, customer interactions, and communication channels, then design future operational workflows.
• Translate business requirements into Salesforce solution designs, developing backlogs and user stories.
• Manage functional documentation, including process maps, roadmaps, scope definitions, and priority setting.
• Lead testing activities, conduct demonstrations, and provide training to ensure client adoption of implemented solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to support account growth.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants within the team.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in Salesforce functional consulting.
• Demonstrated ability to interact confidently with both executive-level and day-to-day stakeholders.
• Proficiency in hands-on Salesforce configuration in addition to solution design.
• Candidates must currently reside in Saudi Arabia or be open to relocation.

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from SAR 35,000 to SAR 45,000 per month.
