About the Role

Yo AI Labs is seeking an experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator – Revenue Systems to support a customer project. This contract position is based in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, focusing on enhancing operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems for SaaS environments.

Role Context

The administrator will leverage CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, identify and resolve data and process inconsistencies, and contribute to improving how AI systems interpret complex business workflows. Prior AI experience is not a prerequisite for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems to identify inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues.
• Analyze policy conflicts and define appropriate business rules.
• Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
• Create clear operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios.
• Document recommended system changes and operational decisions.
• Assess the impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and other integrated tools.
• Provide insights on CRM optimization, system design, and sustainable governance practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience as a Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator or in a similar revenue systems role.
• Demonstrated expertise in CRM operations within a SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical skills for identifying and resolving data and process inconsistencies.

Work Type and Location

This is a contract position located in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires direct engagement with customer projects focused on operational excellence.
