Maintenance Sales Engineer

About the Role

Dallah Al Baraka Group is seeking a Maintenance Sales Engineer to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time role involves performing standard engineering assignments to optimize production and maintenance processes, while also managing operational costs. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to all relevant Operations and Maintenance policies, processes, and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent work execution.
• Implement daily operations assigned for Operations and Maintenance, ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures.
• Monitor system performance and function following any recommended modifications, maintenance tasks, significant events, or special assignments.
• Track all maintenance faults, malfunctions, defects, deferred defects, and other occurrences that could impact continuous operations.
• Analyze component durability and failure trends to prepare preventive maintenance plans, or analyze processes and requirements to prepare operation plans.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and support to technical or operation teams to ensure individuals possess necessary skills.
• Monitor operating conditions, identify and respond appropriately to problems, allocate or escalate them as necessary, and record their rectification.
• Ensure that operations under direct supervision comply with industry standards, requirements, and regulating authorities.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a related engineering or maintenance sales role.
