Maintenance Sales Engineer

About the Role

Dallah Albaraka is seeking a Maintenance Sales Engineer to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time position is responsible for performing standard engineering assignments, conducting operational studies, and optimizing production/maintenance processes while managing operational costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to all relevant Operations and Maintenance policies, processes, and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent work execution.
• Implement day-to-day operations assigned for Operations and Maintenance, ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures.
• Monitor system performance and function following any recommended modifications, maintenance tasks, significant events, or special assignments.
• Track all maintenance faults, malfunctions, defects, deferred defects, and other occurrences that could impact continuous operations.
• Analyze component durability and failure trends to prepare preventive maintenance plans, or analyze processes and requirements to prepare operation plans.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and support to technical or operation teams to ensure individuals possess the necessary skills.
• Monitor operating conditions, identify and respond appropriately to problems, allocating or escalating them as necessary, and monitor and record their rectification.
• Ensure compliance of operations under personal supervision with industry standards and requirements or regulating authorities.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in engineering assignments related to maintenance, operations, or production optimization.

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
