Role Overview

Esnad Real Estate Valuation is seeking a Marketing Manager Real Estate Advisory to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to developing and executing the firm’s marketing strategy, strengthening brand positioning, and driving visibility within the Saudi real estate advisory market. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a marketing strategy that supports the firm’s advisory services, including valuation, feasibility studies, market analysis, and investment consulting.
• Manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns targeting developers, investors, financial institutions, government entities, and corporate clients.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Build relationships with media outlets, industry platforms, conference organizers, and strategic partners.

Brand and Content Management

• Position the firm as a trusted thought leader through high-quality content, reports, insights, and market commentary.
• Oversee the creation of professional content such as market reports, whitepapers, case studies, presentations, and client-facing materials.
• Strengthen the firm’s brand presence across all channels, ensuring consistency and credibility aligned with advisory standards.
• Manage social media platforms with a focus on educational, analytical, and insight-driven content.
• Collaborate closely with the advisory team to translate technical outputs (valuations, studies, analyses) into clear, compelling marketing messages.

Market Insight and Business Support

• Conduct competitive benchmarking and monitor trends in the Saudi real estate advisory sector.
• Support business development by generating qualified leads and enhancing client engagement.
• Prepare performance dashboards, campaign analytics, and marketing KPIs for senior management.

Required Qualifications

Candidates for this role must possess deep knowledge of real estate consulting services, including valuation, feasibility studies, market research, and investment advisory. Proven experience within the Saudi market is essential. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant marketing or advisory role is required.
