About the Role

Advanced Sterilization Products (ASP) is seeking a Medical Sales Specialist to join our team in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role, also known as a Territory Manager, is responsible for achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets within the assigned region. The specialist will focus on effectively increasing the sales of the division's products, ensuring the formulation of turnover, product mix, and profit objectives for customers in the territory, aligned with national goals. Candidates should have 0-1 years of relevant experience and are eligible for a bonus as part of the total compensation package.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit both acquired and potential customers across Private and Government sectors.
  • Conduct telesales activities, including setting appointments for Field Sales within the assigned territory.
  • Promote product quality, identify customer needs, demonstrate product superiority, manage orders, and verify appropriate product usage.
  • Collaborate with direct (Field) Sales colleagues to identify key contacts owning high-end products within the database.
  • Serve as the primary contact for commercial information via email and phone.
  • Work closely with Sales Management on tender and contract opportunities to ensure products meet customer needs and regional targets are achieved.
  • Organize and conduct professional training activities for health professionals to enhance their knowledge of products and best practices in the reference sector.
  • Follow up with customers on professional training to assess the effectiveness of activities and their impact on sales growth.
  • Optimize efficiency by analyzing hospital situations, identifying decision-makers, exploring the market for new customers, planning work schedules, making daily appointments in advance, and providing useful reports and information.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

This role requires 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage sales activities, engage with diverse customer segments, and conduct professional training. A proactive approach to achieving targets and a commitment to continuous improvement are key attributes for this position.
